  1. Sorry i will add something in English, because i am still learning Bulgarian. i am from Belgium and the slavic languages are really interesting to me both in history as into content and evolution of communication with heart and brain, and i added them to my knowledge since 2015 and it is sooooo interesting. i found this topic, in a discussion where i compare languages: 1. ден 2. дан 3. Tag 4. Dag 5. Day and 1. я 2. аз 3. jaz (x’. io?) 4. Ich 5. Ik 6. I In Serbia they ‘still’ say ‘Добра вечера’ and often they use older words which often are closer to old slavic language (jezero because e in Russian is je, jezik instead of ezik) To me, as etymologist in Dutch language (we have a very very rich culture and tons of books about that as we were as flemish people always ruled by others), it seems that Bulgarians started to say ‘vecher’ and dropped the ending ‘a’ like one forum member reports that grammar can be phonetic and does not always need to be a strict rule. In analogy i ‘hear’ the ‘dobera/dobra’ followed that and became ‘dober vecher’ so consequent again, as lots of male words end in consonants, not in vowels. That is why i got here: why in the song Летен Кадер i stil heard ‘тАзи вечер’ and not ‘tOzi vecher’. So i think evening is becoming a male word, though morning is female. Is ‘nosht’ not ending on a consonant щ (which does not exists in Serbia, see ‘одмориште’ where we would write ‘одморище’?) and male as well? No, i think it used go be noshtA as well and that all nature references are like Struma and other rivers… PS: i am looking for a correct translation of the third last poem on the album of веси Бонева Стих in old Bulgarian (spoken by a man). +йе стих.txt
